The owner of the company came out for a quote and gave us an explanation of Air Conditioning 101, so we knew exactly what we would get when we replaced our original ducted unit. Kris, in the office, rearranged the quote date for us and managed to schedule our job just before Christmas. Had the genesis team remove my broken old ducted system and install a new unit, communication was great, the team was punctual and am over the moon with the new system. Highly recommend using this team.
Excellent Price, Service and Installation, had Genesis quote, install a multi head system in our home, value + quote and quality System (Daikin). Very neat install both internally and externally, you can see they take pride in their work and I'm pretty picky, would recommend to anyone.
