I've called twice now about how dangerously their van transportation drives down residential streets. Again he just came flying down my street with a van full of elderly passengers! This is beyond ridiculous. Do not use this company to transport your elderly loved ones. They clearly do not care about their safety!
Genesys is outstanding! The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely caring. The management is among the best I’ve experienced—always attentive and supportive. All the nurses provide excellent care, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything you could need for adult day healthcare is here. Genesis has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. They provide convenient transportation, picking her up daily and bringing her home safely.
