great staff and classes, I’ve tried almost every gym but this is the best one to me :))
There's a program for everyone. I confess, WHEN I have periods of motivation to attend, I mostly use the machines that help strengthen injuries or reduce symptoms. Some simple exercises negated need for chiropractor/ physio etc. I've been a member for many years. Genesis certainly offers an awful lot of variety, for the membership, I tend to buy in bulk when sales occur. Mel showed extreme kindness when my son was younger. As a newer member I'm very happy with this gym. So much space, so many machines. Don't have to wait to use anything
