If you’re thinking about a Genesis think about going to Genesis of Wayne and speaking with Angel, he was an excellent sales person. The experience was top-notch. I’m both satisfied with my car and the dealership.
The worst service of any company that I have even had to deal with. The staff could care less about you. They had my car for 7 days before they even looked at it. The part to fix it was $10.99 and they charged me $375.00 in labor costs to install a clamp. Going forward I will be having my car serviced by a local mechanic, as Genesis clearly only cares about making money from poor old women. My local Genesis/Hyundai service center closed.
