I called here about my very sick pet. They said I could come in, knowing I had to drive two and a half hours to get there. I got there and they said they could no longer help me. Very poor service and not reliable!!!
Tried to make an appointment here and they called me to get more info, hung up and about 5 minutes later I got a text that said they couldn’t make me an appointment (I did not sign up to their text program yet or agree to even receive texts from them). I tried calling back to find out what was going on and it appears they actually blocked me. We’ve taken our dog here twice, for same day visits with different issues. It was a relief to get him seen less than 24 hours after he started to act not like himself- definitely helped mitigate the stress of our pup and us. Everyone was attentive and kind, and they provided professional and compassionate care. We have been taking our cat Frankie to Dr. Wisser's for a little over a year now and are very pleased. Her and her staff - office manager and technicians - are always very professional and helpful. Our cat is a 3-year old, fairly new rescue with FIV; so he has had various issues. Dr. Wisser takes a lot of time explaining everything. She is very caring and thoughtful. We are so glad we found a place we feel comfortable taking him to. Thank you Dr. Wisser and staff at Geneseo Veterinary Care!
Had an eye emergency for our dog while on vacation. Was able to get in immediately. Staff was outstanding!! Polite, handled my dog who had some anxiety bc of being somewhere she didn’t know in addition to injury pain very well. They were patient with her, made sure that I understood everything they were doing before/during/after the visit. Price they charged due to it being an emergency wasn’t outrageous ( not that I wanted that expense on vacation). Sent me home with meds and called the next day as a follow up
