I was last seen by Dr. Stacy Olsen on April 15 of last year. I had reached out to schedule some vaccinations before April 15 but couldn’t get a hold of her due to her being on vacation. Now that she is back, I am being refused vaccinations till at-least September due to it being a year since my last physical. Working in the healthcare field it’s causing undo hardship and stress to have to wait for a physical before receiving my annual vaccinations. I would suggest finding a different place if searching for a primary physician. My experience with them has been negative to say the least. Multiple misdiagnosed life altering medical conditions as well as missed opportunities to improve my quality of life through lack of testing for obvious symptoms that could have kept diseases from advancing so rapidly. I'd go as far as to say it borders on malpractice. There are better institutions out there to better care for you and your family.
I have used the facility for various services and had a great experience each time. The blood draws have been practically painless.
Do not go to the Dermatologist here. I waited 8 months for an appointment for her to tell me I had to go see a plastic surgeon for a little ingrown hair cyst. She assured me that Doctor Yost was in Batavia. I scheduled the appointment and found out he is in Greece! I get to Doctor Yost's office and he asked me why she didn't remove it and assured me that she could have done it. Wasted 8 months, wrong information, gas, and time from work for a Doctor being basically lazy. Do not go here!
