I requested a medication refill to a new pharmacy, with the information for the new pharmacy, and the refill was sent to my old pharmacy within an hour of my request. I called the office to have it sent to the correct pharmacy. It's now been over 24 hours, multiple requests, and no information or updates just they "haven't reviewed it yet" okay but why did you approve the first one immediately and send it to the wrong place even though I provided the correct location and information including the phone number and address...?... read more
