Our experience is poor. The counselor can cancel appointments morning of, but when you cancel a 3pm appointment at 9 am you still get charged the full amount. (Many other places in Healthcare field may charge a small $25 fee for completely missing an appt, but none if you call same day in advance). You’re expected to know 24 hours in advance if something will come up, but when the counselor has something come up that’s quite alright.
