Five stars for Dr. Nana Duffy, however, after not receiving a prescription from GenRx for 2 months, was on hold for 15 minutes and was told my message would be forwarded to a nurse. I asked if I would hear back and was told I would hear when they were able...not acceptable after already waiting 2 months....some acknowledgement of the issue goes a long way.
