Good communication. The crew was friendly and they did a great job. Only knew they were there by the results, not tracks in the yard
In between periodic downfalls of rain, Travis and the two co-workers did a great job of repairing the damage to our lawn. Travis spoke with me and explained all the work that they were going to do and asked questions to verify that I knew what was doing to be done and to clarify any issues that they might encounter along the way.
Excellent experience starting with the first meeting to see what my needs were. The crew showed up on time ready to work. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I had quite a bit of work to be done as I haven’t had time to weed or edge at all since my wife became ill. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I will be asking them back next season.
We've been using Genesee Valley for years. Plowing is critical for us and when our last company left us without an option last minute, Genesee Valley bailed us out. Since then, they've always been there for us every step of the way for both plowing and landscaping. They're a local company who truly cares about their customers.
We were extremely pleased with the landscaping Genesee Valley Landscape did for us. A huge thank you to Phil and Tyler for their advice and going a little extra mile in 90 degree heat. The final landscape was exactly what we were expecting. We were a small job and “very senior “ citizens however Phil and Tyler were respectful, professional and kind. Don’t hesitate to contact them.
