The photos are okay, but the pricing makes it appear as if providing new grads with quality pictures is not the main priority of this place. It is nearly $40 each for a single digital copy of yourself, and then there are over $150 in "retouching" options PER PHOTO. The pricing structure feels aimed at the families with more money to spend, and unfortunately, it is likely pricing out many of the actual students who may have to pay for their own photos. Great place and great people! Can’t recommend them enough.
I have ordered multiple times from this company for graduation photos and from my fraternity composites. The quality is great across the board and when I had a shipping problem caused by my local post office, Genesee Photo was quick to help replace the damaged prints. Talking with their customer service reps on the phone made it very easy to fix the issue and it was pleasant to talk to a real person than an automated system.
