Great place and great people! Can’t recommend them enough.
I have ordered multiple times from this company for graduation photos and from my fraternity composites. The quality is great across the board and when I had a shipping problem caused by my local post office, Genesee Photo was quick to help replace the damaged prints. Talking with their customer service reps on the phone made it very easy to fix the issue and it was pleasant to talk to a real person than an automated system. Limitations on when products may be ordered and they expire after 1 month. If you are looking for a reliable company, this is not the way to go. This is a great company for surviving, in other words, you’ll get your pictures, but they won’t be good by any means at all. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on my college education and now I only have a month and two days to buy my graduation photos before they are gone forever and the image quality is acceptable at best.
