Absolutely terrible residential services at the atwater house! They do not care about the residents there at all, they let staff (Hailey) sleep with residents and do nothing about it at all, they make sure that the residents give them their food stamps but could care less if the residents are financially taken care of through social services personal needs allowances, they legitimately only care about their bottom line and make sure that they have their beds full and bank accounts fuller!!

That place is an absolute joke. They will treat you like an absolute child the charger insurance company $300 a day but give you pretty much bottom of the barrel of food they don't consider special diets for diabetics

Best Detox/Stabilization Facility in New York!!! I Personally Give Thanks to EVERYONE (Aside from one counselor), including the Nurses, Tech's, and My Counselor. You Ladies have A lot of Patience and give the Best Advice/Support I've ever Had. Again, my Sincerest Gratitude E V E R Y O N E☺️😊. I will be checking in on everyone, Every once and awhile. Hope all is well. Take

I've NEVER been treated better. Every employee has a smile on their face when I'm there (and I go daily). It feels good to be treated like a person and respected as a client. I switched my clinic to here and it helped my recovery process significantly. My advice is if you can change clinics, then switch (run) to UConnect clinic in Batavia.
