I bought a zero turn from this place and I bought chainsaws and had multiple service done at this place. Very helpful crew.
I sent a service request stating I have a Troy-Bilt Super Bronco tractor that needed repair. Got a nice fast response saying bring it in anytime and service is about a week out. I was excited to find a local mechanic to go to since moving to the area recently. When I dropped it off, I got checked in and that employee was fantastic but when I went to start unloading the tractor after check in, another employee came out with a very quick "hey, we don't service what we don't sell". Just had a disgraceful interaction with the owner of Genesee Mechanical. We bought our mower from them in 2021 and have only sent it to them for repairs and maintenance since.(including replacing parts because they recommended washing the mower after every use) Yesterday while mowing, a pulley on mower deck broke. I removed it and found that someone had installed a larger bolt in a pulley and bored out the pulley to make it fit which caused it to fail.
