If I could give 0 stars, I would. Half the time you can't reach anyone, the line just immediately rings busy. The other half it rings and rings and then says voicemail full. You go and get a bill and you can't call in and pay it, because no one ever answers. So you go in to pay it in person and you have to wait half an hour for them to take your money.
