Aiden was prompt, courteous and had our HVAC back up and sooner than we expected!
The technician came in, check out the air conditioner, figured out the problem, and gave us 3 why's to fix the problem. Sometimes the fix to the problem are expensive, but he was upfront and it makes it easier for us to make the decision. Great job, thanks
Genesee company, including Office Manager - Jana Roman, provided an excellent, trustworthy and top professional service from start to finish. I was also very impressed with Aiden, the contractor, who was customer friendly, patient, very helpful, and attentive to my needs and very responsive to my questions, so overall I was very satisfied with this company.
