Calls were timely. Tech was super polite. Great communication and follow up on mystery fan issue. Billing and payment is super easy. Good to have my work done by a small business owner.
Aiden came over looked at the air conditioner and tested it and told me what was the problem. So I decided that in the long run it'd be better for me to get a new one
As fate would have it, the AC goes out the night before the hottest day of the year. I called Genesse Heating and Cooling at 6:30 AM, hoping for a fix within 48 hours… Ross the owner was there in under 2 hours and had the AC fixed in 30 minutes. Unbelievable! Pricing is fair, can’t beat the service. I would definitely use them again.
From my phone call for service till service completed was an excellent experience! A power surge shorted out the furnace switch and the furnace/AC was not working on one of the 100 degree days. They were at our home with an hour of my call. Aiden was utmost professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and upfront. They will be my HVAC go to on future issues.
