Kara is very gentle and confident in her practice. My first treatment with her was after a traumatic health event, and I was highly anxious to receive any type of intervention. She was calm and confident. I immediately feel an intense release during a treatment, and a subtle forward momentum in the following days, which has helped guide me to a place of better health. I prefer her in person; as she is lovely, but I also find her online videos to be helpful as well. I am so grateful to know her. Kara knows reiki!

Kara is exceptionally professional and skilled at her craft. I have been treated for various issues, and Kara always has me leaving feeling better than when I showed up. She is very skilled at reiki as well. She really takes her time to understand the issue you are trying to solve or treat before your session as well.

I had excellent care at Genesee Natural Healing. I was very nervous about acupuncture, because I don't like needles, however, I didn't even feel the needles when they were put in. After my treatments I always feel as relaxed as if I had spent the whole day at the spa. I highly recommend GNH and Kara to anyone who is in search of alternative healthcare. She is fantastic!!

I have been to different acupuncturists and Kara is by far the best. She has helped me with back pain, knee pain, and sinuses. She is also very knowledgeable about herbs, and although I was skeptical at first, they really make a difference. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for an excellent acupuncturist and herbologist. Kara is the 7th acupuncturist I have seen over the years, and I have had the best results with her by far. She has treated me for ongoing back, neck, and shoulder pain and for stress.
