I’ve been a loyal customer of gean's Towing for years, back when it was run by the original owner. Unfortunately, the current management, run by someone who consistently shows disrespect and rudeness, doesn't seem to value customers the same way. I recently brought my bike's tire in for what seemed like a simple inner tube change. After picking up the tire and putting it back on my bike, it went flat almost immediately. They did an amazing job on my daughter VW Tiguan
Great customer service when our van’s alternator died. They came and picked it up at Potato Creek, fixed it after giving us a quote. Job took a little than expected but sounded like they were slammed with work and emergency towing so I understand. They even brought the van back to us and took a credit card for payment. I’m a big Apple Pay guy so be aware they do not take Apple Pay 😢. Bottom line is if something else happens I’ll not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them. Thanks Tracy!
