They will tell you they can do the service to get you in the door and charge you for a part that was not bad , then tell you they are unable to perform the work due to their tech being inexperienced Took it to ricks 66 on auten rd after genes and they confirmed it was not fuel injector and fixed everything
DO NOT GO HERE. Spent over a grand and the problem wasn’t even fixed. Mechanic was a high school aged kid who told me straight up he wasn’t smart enough to fix the issue.
Gene’s fixed and delivered my jeep!!! Tracy was professional and has great customer relations with her customers. I will recommend Genes to anyone! Highly satisfied Thank you everyone!
Horrible service! They charge you for services they didn't perform and won't perform! They give you a final bill with ridiculously inflated prices!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
This towing company handled our situation with clear bias, poor professionalism, and racial profiling. A family member of mine had previously had a suspended license, but they went through all the necessary steps to get it reinstated. Unfortunately, when they were recently pulled over, the officer’s system still showed the license as suspended — even though it had already been reinstated. As a result, the car was towed.
