work business man ever....doesn't return a call...does poor work and then charges astronomical prices...do NOT use unless you want to be let down
Awful. Started process of dropping a new liner, loop lock closing in July for Mid-September . Never returns calls. Talked to him once in early September. Now 10/20/2011. Have a new company that will do everything in a few short weeks. Gene's Pools still has my pool dimension diagram which they haven;t returned which was given to them in July. Also picked out my new liner in July. I have requested the return of that several times in phone messages. AGAIN no return calls. Don't recommend this business. Thank god I didn't put a... read more
