We had a leak in the elbow pipe joint under our sink. We called several companies who said we would need to remove the entire pipe connecting into the wall. This would involve cutting into our wall tile which would be pricey. Mike came out from Gene's Plumbing the day after we called and replaced the p-trap and cleaned up his work area!! No more leak and at a reasonable cost. They've won us as a new customer because they didn't try to price gouge us, responded quickly and were respectful of our home!!
I must say hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a plumbing company. They took the time to really listen and completely understand what my issue was and quickly resolved my problem that dropped my water bill significantly and I am forever grateful for the outstanding service they provided!
