I had a remarkable experience with Mark at Gene’s Marathon! Unfortunately, the battery I bought from the dealership turned out to be junk just a day before I was suppose to drive for a conference. Mark was able to squeeze me in on the very last minute on a Friday, and he loaned me a battery for my trip!! He was super knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem with the other battery as well, and I truly appreciate his help in getting me back on the road! Highly recommend. Thank you, Gene’s!!
I took my car here and I am blown away by how amazing his service was, he found the problem. He fixed the problem and he was incredibly honest and upfront the whole time, would highly recommend to all of my friends and family
I paid this guy to fix my van. I get it back. It don't start the next day. I look under the hood he solders my wires together then puts duct tape over top of it. My check engine light and ABS lights are on. Still I call him to come get the van. He says he fixes it and the van still does not want to start up and has been b*********** me for 4 days as my van has been sitting in a parking lot broke down telling me that I have to pay him again to fix the same problem that he did. Horrible horrible service. Don't trust this guy
My daughter began having her car serviced by Mark a few years ago. His quality of service and attention to detail has been excellent. Being a concerned Mom of a single young woman with very little knowledge of automobiles (who also lives two hours sway) l am so grateful. I had encouraged my daughter to find an independent mechanic to build a relationship with for car care. Genes has been convenient, honest and dependable with very fair pricing. If l could give 10 stars, l would do so without hesitation.
