Very polite and explained everything to detail would recommend them to everyone
We love Shaun! He’s a great guy. Services our unit and explained what all he was doing. Wore protectors over his shoes not to dirty our floors and cleaned up after himself when done cleaning the air handler. The owner of this company is awesome and actually talks to you on the phone. You don’t get a recording or have to talk to a customer service representative. It’s a great company!
Also had an air purification (REME-LED) LED light strip replaced. We provide the hardware for technician to use.
