After replacing indoor boiler system for $7000, my daughter and I were getting sick. Noticed a smell of gas in basement. Called Gene and he refused to come out and check system he just installed stating that I probably just needed help setting the thermostat and that everything he had done was perfect. Had gas company come out and upon entering house, they noticed gas smell. Come to find out, he had failed to tighten a gas fitting NEXT TO THE PILOT light!! We could have died from CO2 poisoning or our entire house exploded.
Not very nice when the furnace quit working didn't want to come fix it
