Ordered a gasket for my 3rd brake light that was lost in shipping. I emailed the customer service and they had another mailed right away and I received it in a few days. The product was a perfect fit. And yes it was a PIA to remove the old gasket. Great product, phenomenal customer service! Highly recommend to all!!
Gene was able to get my car in next day for the service. I got ahold of him via Facebook over the weekend and he was quick to let me know he would touch base with me Monday, and he actually did. He was accommodating and allowed me to drop my car off after hours, with a safe, locked, drop box for my keys. He even allowed me to pay over the phone and pick up after hours, to accommodate our work schedules. Most importantly, Gene had competitive pricing and was affordable.
