I called Gene in need of a quick fix for two separate broken panes of glass. I already had a contractor over who told me this work would be complicated and extensive. Finally, I found Gene, who agreed to come by the very next day and was able to fix both panes of glass for me in less than 30 minutes. It was incredible. Gene will absolutely be my first call for any glass related issues in the future!
I rented a car to deliver a window for glass replacement, and upon arrival, I was quoted a different price than what was initially discussed over SMS. Although Gene eventually agreed on a price, after I handed over the window drove back home, he changed the amount again demanding more money or asking me to take the window back.
