The hot and sour hand pulled noodle is flawless. The noodle is thick and chewy, soup is very flavorful, and the meat portion is huge while only costing $12.95.
Got the handmade sour noodle soup, extra spicy. So so tasty, not too spicy at all and a really decent portion with a generous amount of pork. The staff were nice too. Definitely will be back!
Authentic hole-in-the-wall place serving up well-cooked Xi’an noodle dishes, lamb skewers, flatbread sandwiches and salads. The noodles were just as I hoped — thick and al dente — and the skewers nicely seasoned with cumin. The lamb soup tastes very game-y. If you don’t fancy mutton, the house special soup may be a better choice.
