As we travels with kids, and having myself in China for 3 years, I was happy to try special food I had in Xi'an. The waiter did not look really fresh. The food was bland, no taste as we asked non spicy. I don t feel the cooker is skillfully at all. We were all disappointed after reading all the positive comments.

Hand-pulled noodles were delicious 🤤
I found the noodles too thick and chewy. Not enough sauce. Disappointed but might try once more.
I had the pork sandwich and the pork hand pulled noodle. The noodles portion was a large one. I couldn't finish it. Maybe it's because I had the sandwich too. Overall the food was great. The noodles was great. First time eating the hand pulled noodles.
