I'm not sure why there is so much negativity regarding this business, as my experience was wonderful. This is a truly caring, family-owned company that prioritized both excellent service and my family's safety. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had in the Catskills
If I could give zero stars I would .. I called to inquire for boat rental and the woman that answered the phone was so incredibly rude. I asked one question and she starts off with "here's the deal" .. the entire conversation lasted 2 minutes and it was all rude .. I ended up hanging up on her. Not good customer service at all. Place was very good, We had visit here, It was good experience
Was a great fun ride Long time to go through filling info waiting etc and not cheap but the ride itself was great great fun So if your looking to go out for a trip spend money and wait then it’s definitely worth because it’s a very lot of fun
Owner was having a conversation with someone i waited 25 to be served and I was the only one there . No wonder I was the only customer there and the one across the street was full of people ... price is overrated . . .
