Took over a month of texts and calls to even get put on the schedule. They show up and completely destroy my yard (not a huge deal and was to be expected), but driving tractors on my neighbors property and leaving without repairing it is unacceptable. Not to mention, my yard was not leveled very well after septic tank replacement, so large puddles and runoff ditches have formed within days of the replacement. I was the agent in a transaction where this company was paid for a septic tank repolacement. They were extremely difficult to contact and schedule, then left my client with a destroyed yard. The worst of it was the total disregard and damage to the neighbor's property.

Back in May I paid these guys $3.777.00 to repair my septic leach line that was puddling in our front yard. They said they fixed it, I paid them and a few days later the septic was still leaking. I called them for weeks, left messages and nobody returned my call. Finally I got through to one of them and he said he’d go out and check it out. Weeks go by and they tell me they can’t do anything to help me. Then after numerous phones calls from me they go out and said they made another repair.
