From start to finish, the admin communication and information from Caroline was excellent. Simon Troth, the geneticist was warm, friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly during both telehealth consultations, including delivering the great news of my test results today, with a smile!!
I have very recently had a counselling appointment with Simon at Genes Australia. I was referred for genetic counselling and was so pleased to have found Genes Australia as an option. Simon is lovely and provided excellent information to help me understand the process and potential outcomes, and Caroline is a superstar making sure I had all the forms and appointments timely. My partner and I had a counselling session with Simon to discuss a chromosome result, and he explained everything clearly — helping us understand where the deletion was and what it meant. He also took the time to listen to our thoughts and talk through our next steps. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had a genes counselling appointment with Simon a few weeks ago.
