Terrible service department and do not stand bye their work. Generx installed unit and has serviced since new as recommended. Last service they did on 10-31-23 they failed to do the shut down which was clearly stated on their work order which I called and emailed to discuss my concerns but they assured me the unit was perfect working condition. On 12-5-23 the power went out and unit failed to work 35 days after servicing and they admitted they didn't do the proper test? They demanded more money to come back out to look at t... read more
