Got the promnico money counter from them and it was a great product until it stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they tried helping but then stopped responding. I have sent them multiple follow up emails and they have not responded.

Purchased a body camera, the clip didn't quite fit right and after an altercation the clip broke. After trying to purchase a new clip, the only "help" offered was to purchase a clip..... great that's what I'm trying to do. Piss poor customer service. $150 down the drain if I can't source a replacement clip

Generix has yet to get my products here on the day they say it will be delivered. They always have gotten here earlier than originally planned! I've not had a single issue on any item so far, just ordered some more rugged cell phones from them for people at my small business (for my employees) and spent over $1500 in cell phones alone. They pack their products well, everything is in mint condition and every phone still has that new phone smell that makes you feel the urge to go buy more.
