DO NOT USE. Very disappointed with Generators Unlimited. They started great; my guess is to get my business. After we had been with them almost one year and purchased the second annual service maintenance plan, that is when everything started going downhill. DISHONEST: Said they came out and performed the 6-month generator maintenance; yet, security cameras proved no one came by. LACK OF INTEGRITY: Charged me over $900 for a part that wasn't needed.
