From start to finish, they were available to answer every question and walk me through the entire process of setting up and maintaining a generator—especially helpful since it was my first time. They tried to push my car off the highway. Very rash and unprofessional. Also, they do not have their license plate visible at the back of the generator they tow. I'll be contacting the DMV with video footage of their actions. 0/10 Do not recommend.
