They offer a unique quote experience. Arrive about an hour early, claim that was the appointment time, end on, "I must have wrote it down wrong." - ok, not world ending, mistakes happen. Misread the survey: Aerial easement - misread where it applied. Utility easement - misread it on the survey and didn't measure it. I had to get a tape measure and disprove their, "It won't fit here" that ended on, "I assumed it ended at the garage." I highly recommend Kyle at Generators of Houston, who recently serviced my Generac standby generator. I watched him perform the service and then do a transfer test to ensure that the generator would take over for utility power when/if needed. He spent extra time with me answering my questions about the whole process. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and a just a great reflection on the company.

Generators of Houston just completed the scheduled maintenance for our Generac generator. Their service technician, Kyle Abildstrom, did an excellent job completing the work in an efficient manner and clearly answered all questions on the operation of the generator. We have had a positive experience with the whole organization including the staff that sets up the work.
