Took our money. Said they were really busy and were going to have someone else service our generator and we never heard anything. Sent an email subscription cancelled and turned around and charged my card again. Service subscription is a scam

We purchase our Generator almost a year ago. And we are very satisfied with our investment. Jason and Amiee are Great. They are always punctual and able to answer any questions or concerns. It was was one of best investments we have made. Thank you Jason and Amiee for all your help and your promptness to keep us satisfied.

Called them because another company came out and wouldn't do the maintenance on my generator because it was installed properly. They said they would come out and look and take care of it, the day they were supposed to show up I contacted them and asked when they'd be here, he said his guy had a 9:30 and would be after that, that was in January, he never showed up. I got this message from them today, April 6, asking for a review, I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
