I am leaving a review based on an employee driving in a company vehicle. I was driving to work, leaving a 55mph construction zone and entering a 60mh zone. I was going around 63mph when this white Generator Systems company truck came up on my tail very quickly and started tailgating me. I sped up a little and got over when I could, and this employee had the nerve to flick me off while passing me. I had an unfortunate encounter with one of the employees, Zack W at this business. The staff member was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping me with my questions. They appeared distracted and even rolled their eyes when I asked for clarification. Customer service should be a priority, but sadly, that was clearly not the case here. Overall, very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training.
