Our new generator required a gas meter upgrade. Everything went smoothly until I was told to call the gas company and have my service turned back on. Gas company tech arrived and discovered piping to generator was not complete. Had to call back a 2nd time for service to be turned on once everything was remedied, but now there was going to be a $140 charge. 3 months later and dozens of emails and phone calls and yet to be reimbursed for their mistake.

We had a generator installed by the Super Store. We referred our neighbor across the street and they also put in their generator. We received the $250.00 referral fee. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Generator Supercenter. Their customer service is excellent. I wish more companies were focused on customers as much as Generator Supercenter is. The entire process from sales to service to install to support was excellent.
