Jason was very knowledgeable and easy to understand, great job.
Jason and Robert came out. They were very friendly and took several hours to make sure we had all of our questions asked.
The knowledge was obviously there about the product and the value proposition of the Generac product line, maintenance contract, installation and installation process. Robert Reacts was here being trained but he was not able to communicate Generac’s value proposition by the trainer. This may be a result of Generac previously have made a sale that I cancelled.
