I'll give this company a neutral review. Contacted them to set up annual maintenance on my 24K Generac. In their defense, they did advise me upfront there would be an 'inspection' to make sure everything looked OK on the generator before they performed the maintenance, and if it failed it would be a $225 trip charge for the inspection. So of course....it failed. They say Generac requires the unit to be 3' minimum from the gas meter, and mine is more like 2'. Maybe this is a plumbing code, maybe not, I don't know. But t... read more
