I called the maintenance department for a question about my generator battery since I had an alert message via my Mobile Link app. Kimberly was very helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and gave me a few options to consider that I had not known. She is just another confirmation of why I'm very pleased that I purchased my generator from Generator Supercenter.
Had two Whole House Surge Protectors installed after getting my new 26 KW Generac generator installed. The technican, Justin St. John, did an excellent job of installing the units and explaining the warranty (and how to register them for the warranty). He called ahead to tell me when he was going to arrive and arrived early and did the install quickly and efficiently. He reset the generator when he was done and explained everything to me.
