Prompt and reliable service everytime. The technician also took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us. Good organization.
Mike one their service techs came and did both the annual service and warranty repair for me. He had the parts and the knowledge. They even provided me a replacement part for something not under warranty at no charge. Mike also showed up when scheduled. Well done guys. On my list of preferred vendors.
After struggling to repair this generator for an entire year, we called generac solutions. They fit us in within a few days. Asked when the valves had last been adjusted. They had never been adjusted in 10 years of being serviced by another company. It took Mike about 10 minutes to do a simple adjustment and no more issues! Thank you so much! Recently I had a running issue with our 22 kw Generac generator. During the weekly exercising, the generator was running rough and surging, but running it on manual it ran smooth. After DIY servicing and replacing the original battery, the same issues were noted. After receiving detailed instructions and tips from Generator Solutions the problem was resolved. GS arrived on the day, as scheduled. Technician was terrific, explained a few things for me and was super-friendly. Afterwards, he showed me exactly what he had done and thanked me for our business. Sweet! My only suggestion is that it would make things easier for the client if GS vould give us a window when to expect the technician. Currently, they tell you the tech will be there on a given day, anytime that day. As it turned out, he showed up around 1pm do it wasn't too bad. TY GS!
