Should be five stars, but for poor business practices resulting in unexpected bills. Called this company to come fix my generator. The gentleman arrives and the quote for the fix comes soon after. We agree on a price and the work is completed. I was super happy with the job and the generator works great. I thought I received an additional bill for over $400 when I called to question I was told this was the bill for the estimate. I'm extremely impressed with Nic who came to my house today to give me a quote for a generator. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and didn't try to coerce me into a sale. He gets an A+ for customer service! Job well done!
