From start to finish - the process was smooth. GSI Installed 22K whole house generator promptly. Communication with Dillon was always on point. He did explain all the options and recommended what we needed without upselling. He did answer all my questions, explained the time line and completed everything within 3 weeks.
The GSI set up and installation of our whole house generator was seamless. From the very first meeting with Dillon, all our questions and concerns were quickly addressed by him and finally his installers. We would highly recommend GSI for their expertise in residential generator services.
Glenn was here today and it complete service of my generac generator from 2018. Good communicator on time I knew what he was doing. Got the Wi-Fi issue resolved that has given me problems since I bought this generator 6 years ago. He had all the necessary spare parts and his workman did super work.
