Excellent service. Great communication on timing, what is happening and what needs to happen. Documentation is excellent. If you install a generator for peace of mind, this is the company to install and maintain one!!!
They installed the generator in 2021 and have serviced it twice a year ever since. They are a joy to work with. The technicians and the office staff are always professional.
Technician was very polite and professional. $3100 for a new controller for my Kohler home generator was a very bitter pill. Kohler should be sharing some of this expense. Failures are frequent enough that the technician had a couple of them in his van.

Great communication: from sales rep, to installation team, to office staff. Each step of the process went flawlessly--pad pouring, electricians, plumbers, delivery team, and final install with set-up and tutorial for us to learn about the generator and its usage. I cannot say enough good things about Generator Power Systems!! They did exactly what they promised, earlier than expected--and we could not be happier with the entire experience. I will gladly recommend them to anyone!!
