I have purchased a Generac generator and I haven’t had anyone contact me and I haven’t been able to contact them. I’m still waiting to hear from them. I am currently reporting this issue to the BBB. My next step will be criminal charges against the company. I’m still waiting on my generator that we ordered in February 2023. No response as of this date!

Purchased the Generac in 2021 and have discovered their place of business do not exist. We have called the number with no answer. We drove to the address and empty building. Scam.
They robbed my elderly parents for over $4000 never received the Generac
Owner is in jail for fraud. I'm not sure if it'll be open much longer.
