I spend over 12k having them put in a generator,switch panel and tanks a while back.I called to ask a simple question regarding all light being out on my switch panel and was told since I do my own annual oil changes instead of them I dont qualify to speak with anyone regarding tech support but there happy to send someone out at almost 100.00 a hour to answer my questions and will have to pay a hour each way for there travel to come out. Called yesterday for parts for my neighbor’s generator they put me through to Amys voicemail and I never received a call back, I called again today they said she’s on the phone and to leave a message on her voicemail- I said I did that yesterday she stated that they take care of their current customers first. I’m in the market for a whole house generator thanks for convincing me to go somewhere else.
RecommendedHad to call them on Sunday, the 29th, before storm, as panel didn't have any lights to show it was running. Called around 7 am and connected to someone and within 5 min. was talking to the tech on call. He was at my home within an hour from Barrington and fixed the problem. Great service.
