While Dr Clark and their ultrasound tech is amazing. The experience I had with their billing person was so horrible it made me cry. I didn't have my copay of 30...it's the holidays ..I think most people are struggling. Since they billed me in 2024 for one appointment and it took a hot second for me to pay she reluctantly allowed it this time. I apologised for the inconvenience of me being broke. Dr. Clark has been excellent following up on a recent case and communicating me via my chart! I have had experiences with both of her offices and they both have provided great care and concern if questions arose. I really appreciate Dr. Clark’s timely and compassionate care! .
I was a patient of Dr. Clark in September 2018. During my visit, she made remarks that were inappropriate and unprofessional, especially considering I was a minor. Looking back as an adult and parent, I recognize how unacceptable and distressing that experience was. I hope steps have since been taken to ensure greater professionalism and appropriate conduct toward all patients. -AM💋
Has anyone else had a problem with Andi who works with billing? Not only was she rude to my 21 year old daughter but she accused her of typing up a fake letter. She knows nothing about medical billing this office needs to be investigated for billing patients and Insurance companies that is double dipping and I’m writing a letter to have this office audited.
