Was great prior to being sold to Cleveland Clinic- now it is a hassle just to schedule an appointment. 3 10+ minute phone calls later and I was told that I have to wait 2 days for a phone call back from 'financial' to even SCHEDULE an appointment because my insurance is out of network. Was never an issue when it was Generations Womens Health. (my insurance was 'out of network' with them as well, no problems)
I recently had to switch providers, and I was honestly really anxious about it. After my 11 week appointment, I walked out feeling so good about the whole experience I feel I have to write a review. Heather is truly wonderful—so kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to really listen to me and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I love these providers. I am so disheartened and disappointed that they are now Cleveland Clinic. They don't take my insurance any more and now it's over $1000 for an office visit; Cleveland Clinic offered a "discount" for self pay, but that only took it down to $700. Who can afford $700 for an office visit?? I'm saddened that I now have to find a new women's health provider. If they take your insurance, I highly recommend Drs Kiko, Willard, and Sovacool (and NP Karearas too), even if I'm not super fond of Cleveland Clininc'... read more
Front desk staff/nurses are all very kind/welcoming, but unfortunately I did not receive the best treatment from Dr. Sovacool. My concerns were dismissed and disregarded, and no alternative treatment plans were discussed when I tried broaching the subject. I had all my paperwork/referral from my PCP, but it seemed Dr. Sovacool did not "understand" why I was there.
