I had a great experience at this clinic a couple of years ago when it was Generations, so I was disappointed by what happened this time. I received multiple text reminders for my 8:30 AM appointment, but the only notification that it had been canceled was a 5:30 AM phone call from someone asking me to verify my personal information before explaining why they were calling. Was great prior to being sold to Cleveland Clinic- now it is a hassle just to schedule an appointment. 3 10+ minute phone calls later and I was told that I have to wait 2 days for a phone call back from 'financial' to even SCHEDULE an appointment because my insurance is out of network. Was never an issue when it was Generations Womens Health. (my insurance was 'out of network' with them as well, no problems)
I recently had to switch providers, and I was honestly really anxious about it. After my 11 week appointment, I walked out feeling so good about the whole experience I feel I have to write a review. Heather is truly wonderful—so kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to really listen to me and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
