I’m extremely disappointed with Generation Health. They were supposed to send a pre-authorization form to the pharmacy so an elderly patient could receive urgently needed medication but they never did. Despite discussing this over the phone multiple times and being assured it would be handled, nothing was done. This kind of neglect completely defeats the purpose of a home health service. They have a PREFERANCE what patients to take , I call that DISCRIMINATION , They claim they don't accept Medicaid as their excuse but Lit up in the network to accept Medicaid SO NOT NICE !!!!!
