Rachel White was unprofessional and did not take the time to truly listen to my concerns. I came in for an acute issue that could have been easily addressed during the visit, but it was dismissed, requiring me to return a few days later for proper evaluation. The appointment felt rushed, and I did not feel heard or taken seriously. She came across as dismissive and unwilling to consider patient input, which made the experience frustrating. Should update website that you are not taking new patients. Turned away, left in tears by yet another other doctor at capacity after I drove from another city to drop off paperwork as instructed online. I guess I just let the potentially cancerous lump in my breast grow since no Dr will see me so I can get a mammogram referral. BTW, empty office. No doctors or nurse practitioners even there when I came.

I have waited MONTHS to get in to see this Dr. Got a call 2 weeks before, that she is going to be out the entire week that I had it scheduled. Now I have to wait another month to get in. Shouldn't allow patients to make appointments a few days before Christmas if you know you are going to be out that entire week. I understand taking off for the holidays, I would assume you knew you would want to do that well beforehand. Wouldn't be so upset if I didn't have to months to get in to begin with and now another month.
