My visit with Rachel White was the worst experience I have ever had with a health care professional. When I questioned her about a scan she wanted me to have and a few other issues I had she became very hostile towards me and spoke down to me . She was so unprofessional and then started to well up like she was going to cry after saying she was done with this conversation.The whole experience has left me very confused as to how someone in her position would be allowed to act this way .
