My elderly mother came in to fill out forms. Was asked by the front desk to not sit in the lobby to fill them out since they are 12-15 pages. So she left in 110 degree heat to drive home and fill out the papers in 10 mins. Only to drive back over there and drop them off. My mother gave her the insurance card and DL and it was refused. Then she received a text stating she was accepted as a NP. Elsa at the front desk was wonderful and helpful with getting me set up as a new patient. Rachel was thorough in my appointment and answered all my questions.
Just the best. Rachel did an emergency visit today and gave me what I needed. These guys are family and they look out for you as one of their own.
