The clinic used to be good, but over time has taken the community and patients for granted. My daughter has prebooked monthly appointments for an entire year. The last two appointments they could not figure out how to bill my insurance and told my daughter to leave because a therapist had emergency earlier in the day. There was no communication to either parent. This is really poor service and they have wasted my time. I tried to have a call with the owner, but she made me hold without returning my call. Been going here for years for massage and physio. Excellent team, great service.
I have been a client of generations since September 2022 and have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. I have seen them for physio, massage and as of today, acupuncture. Jess was so thorough with her assessment and I felt extremely comfortable and safe in her environment. All of their staff go above and beyond. Genuinely love this establishment and all the people in it, the level of professionalism is unmatched.
