Excellent staff
I had an amazing experience at this physio clinic, largely thanks to Mary at the front desk. She always greets everyone with a smile and remembers my name, which makes a huge difference. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!!
I had a severe case of horizontal positional vertigo and Sami was great at diagnosing me, doing what needed to be done to eliminate the vertigo and restoring my balance and recommending exercises for future improvement - over a series of 5 appointments. She was a lifesaver!
The clinic used to be good, but over time has taken the community and patients for granted. My daughter has prebooked monthly appointments for an entire year. The last two appointments they could not figure out how to bill my insurance and told my daughter to leave because a therapist had emergency earlier in the day. There was no communication to either parent. This is really poor service and they have wasted my time. I tried to have a call with the owner, but she made me hold without returning my call.
