Really help me get through a situation with my insurance company.
I have been to Generations in the past, had a great experience. This time, left something to be desired. I have waited five weeks(after having a mini stroke) to get an appointment. I went for that appointment this morning, only to be told she canceled my appointment. A few weeks ago, my dr. had me call to see if they could see me in any sooner. I did that. They couldn't. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. In my time one admin left and a new one came. She is so nice and helpful. I wish there had been more information given about my coverage with my insurance. In the beginning I was told my co-pay was $20. I had not idea after 20 visits it increases to $25 and an 80/20 split. Unknown to me I owed just shy of $500. I am going to take a break until my year starts over July 1. I know I could have done more research myself. Worked with staff to rehab a pretty major shoulder repair and they were fantastic! They provide a comfortable environment with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always accommodating to my schedule and flexible when life happens. Top notch all around!!
