Really help me get through a situation with my insurance company.
I have been to Generations in the past, had a great experience. This time, left something to be desired. I have waited five weeks(after having a mini stroke) to get an appointment. I went for that appointment this morning, only to be told she canceled my appointment. A few weeks ago, my dr. had me call to see if they could see me in any sooner. I did that. They couldn't.
