I’m leaving this review under a pseudonym due to concerns about potential retaliation. While Dr. Lu may be thorough in her clinical approach, my experience with her was deeply unpleasant. When I mentioned that I was feeling anxious due to past medical experiences, she responded with confrontation rather than compassion. There are so few ways that I could properly express my gratitude to doctor Lu, and her staff as well. From the moment you walk in the door you are cheerfully welcomed and immediately disarmed of any apprehensions you may have, prior to even seeing the fabulous Dr Lu. My case is one where I doubt many Opticians would want to take on, but take it on she has and has transformed my life as a result. Staff is terrific and attentive and Dr Lu is extremely personable.
Very professional and friendly. It was more than a quick eye exam, Dr. Lu explained my concerns in details and provided feasible solutions. Highly recommend!
