I’ve been coming here for many years, but over time I started feeling discouraged because my appointments with Dr. Lu were consistently running quite late. I had an incredible experience with Generations Optometry! The day before my wedding, one of our bridesmaids who had traveled from overseas lost her contact lenses. We were in a panic, but the staff at Generations Optometry went above and beyond to help us. They were kind, professional, and acted quickly to find a replacement that same morning. Their amazing service truly saved the day. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and efficient optometry team!

I’m leaving this review under a pseudonym due to concerns about potential retaliation. While Dr. Lu may be thorough in her clinical approach, my experience with her was deeply unpleasant. When I mentioned that I was feeling anxious due to past medical experiences, she responded with confrontation rather than compassion. Her tone quickly became hostile, and I felt more judged than cared for. She also came across as unnecessarily nosy and condescending, making it very difficult to feel safe or heard during the visit.
